In 2020, the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) conducted an Environmental Scan to help us identify strengths, weaknesses, trends, opportunities, and important lessons that can impact the future success of CNVC.
We gathered feedback from approximately 1,000 people from around the world through surveys and interviews between November 2020 and January 2021, hearing what is and is not working in our organization.
